CANCELLED DUE TO RAIN/COVID-19 CONCERNS

Fourth of July Drive-In Concert

Like everything else, Fourth of July in America is going to be a little bit different this year. While Go Fourth on the River, New Orleans’ annual fireworks show, has been cancelled due to Covid-19, you can still experience fireworks and a drive-in concert at Bucktown Harbor Park, 325 Metairie Hammond Highway in Metairie.

Come listen to Amanda Shaw, Flow Tribe, the Brass-A-holics and D-Play at this six-hour socially distanced concert followed by fireworks over Lake Ponchartrain. Lawn chairs are allowed near your parking spot, but if you don’t want to leave your vehicle, you can listen to the concert with an FM transmitter.

While you can bring your own food and beverages, food trucks will be on hand with lots of great options. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available as well. Keep in mind, masks will be required in food and beverage area.

Unless you have an upgraded ticket, cars will be parked on a “first come” basis starting at 2 p.m. Vehicles must be in place by 3 p.m.  The fireworks show will start at 9 p.m. Want to park next to friends? Plan to arrive at the same time.

Ticket pricing: Vehicles (includes driver’s ticket) $50 each, individual passenger tickets $45 each

VIP Parking tickets: $500.00 per/vehicle and includes passengers
